İspanya - Portekiz - İtalya Seyahati Part 3 (Spain - Portugal - Italy Travel Diaries Part 3)

     Seyahat anılarımı anlattığım yazının üçüncü ve son kısmına geldik. Bu yazı İtalya ile ilgili olacak. İlk yazımı buraya tıklayarak okuyabilirsiniz. İkinci yazım için de buraya tıklayabilirsiniz.

     This is the third and the last part of my travel diaries. This post will be about Italy. You can read my first post by clicking here. To read the second part you can click here.

     Roma'ya daha önce gitmiştim ve çok sevmiştim. Gerçekten sanat dolu olan bir şehir. Roma'ya dair en sevdiğim özelliklerden biri ise yürüyerek her yere gidebilmeniz. Fakat ilk Roma'ya gittiğim zaman çok uzun kalmamıştım, o yüzden kısıtlı gezebilmiştim. Bu sefer dolu dolu gezdim. Beni en çok mutlu eden şey ise Roma'ya gitmeyi defalarca deneyen ama gidemeyen Semih'i doğum gününde oraya götürebilmiş olmam :) Eminim ki bundan sonra asla 2 Şubat 2017'yi unutmayacaktır.

     I've been to Rome before and I like it. It is full of art. One of the best things about Rome is that you can practically walk to anywhere you like. However, when I first went there, I didn't stay for long, so I didn't wander around much. This time I did it. The thing that made me the happiest person was that I managed to take Semih with me to Rome who tried and failed to do so many times :) I'm sure that he'll never forget 2nd of February, 2017.

     Lizbon'dan Ryan Air ile Roma'ya geçtik ve Ciampiano havaalanına indik saat 23:40 civarı. Ancak gidince bir sürprizle karşılaştık çünkü havaalanı saat 00:00'da kapanıp 04:00'da açılıyormuş. Havaalanında sabahlamayı düşünen olursa bunu unutmasın, yanında uyku tulumu vs. getirip dışarıda beklemesi gerekecek çünkü. Biz de ne yapalım diye düşündük ve şehir merkezinde 24 saat açık olan bir yer bulduk. "Pizza & Mortadella" isimli yerde önce bir dilim pizza yedik sonra çikolatalı tart denedik. Kahvesiz olmaz diyerek "Caffé Trombetta Buvette"e gidip cappucino aldık. İnanın ne kadar lezzetli olduğunu anlatmam imkansız.

     We went to Rome by Ryan Air and landed on Ciampiano at about 23:40. However, it was surprising because the airport is closed at 00:00 and opens at 04:00. If there are some of you thinking of staying there, be sure o bring sleeping bag etc. because you'll have to wait outside. We thought of what to do and then found a place which was open 24 hours a day. We had a slice of pizza and then a chocolate pie at "Pizza & Mortadella". Founding it impossible to not having a coffee, we went to "Caffé Trombetta Buvette" and had a cup of cappucino. Believe me it is not possible for me to tell you how tasty that was.

     Ertesi günün akşamı "Ristorante Pizzeria Sugo" isimli çok güzel bir restorana girdik Duru, ev arkadaşı ve Semih ile beraber. Duru'yla biz lazanya aldık, ev arkadaşı Simge makarna aldı, Semih ise ilk İtalyan pizzasını yedi. O gün 2 şubat ayrıca Semih'in doğum günüydü ve ben ona sürpriz yapmayı düşünürken restoran erken davranıp tiramisu ikramında bulundu. Unutulmaz bir gündü :)

     Next day in the evening Duru, her roommate, Semih and I went to a beautiful restaurant called "Ristorante Pizzeria Sugo". Duru and I ordered lasagna, her roommate Simge ordered pasta and Semih tried out his first Italian pizza. That day, 2nd of February, was also Semih's birthday and while I was thinking of making him a surprise, the restaurant was a step ahead of me because they brought tiramisu. It was an unforgettable day :)

     3 Şubat'ta "Fontana di Trevi" yani "Aşk Çeşmesi"ne gittik. Hava inanılmaz güzeldi ve çok kalabalıktı etraf. Sonra etraftaki dondurmacılardan birine girip dondurma aldık. Bir sürü dondurma çeşidi var Roma'da ve ne kadar dondurmacı varsa hepsine gitmenizi tavsiye edebilirim :) Sonra "İspanyol Merdivenleri"ne gittik. Ben Roma'ya ilk gittiğimde restrorasyon sebebiyle kapalıydı o yüzden bu sefer orayı açık görebilmek beni mutlu etti. Akşam da "Kaos" diye bir yere girdik. İçeride sadece iki tane çalışan vardı ve çok tatlı insanlardı. Bize İtalyanca öğretmelerini rica ettik sonra çok eğlenceli bir şekilde muhabbet ettik.

     On the 3rd of February, we went to "Fontana di Trevi". The weather was extremely nice and it was quite crowded. Then we bought an ice-cream there. There are lots of flavours in Rome and I can recommend you to try out each and every one of the ice-cream shops there :) Then we went to "Spanish Steps". The first time I was there it was closed down due to the restoration so I was happy to see it open this time. Later in the evening we went to "Chaos" and there were only two people working there. We asked them to teach us Italian and then had a fun conversation.

     Sonraki gün "Empire Pizza"da dilim pizza denedik ve çok sevmedik çünkü yağlı geldi. Sonra Vatikan'a gittik, bol bol yürüdük, "Pompi"de muhteşem bir tiramisu yedik, Sonra hep merak ettiğim sinema stüdyosu "Cinecittà"ya uğradık. Akşam ise "Fiume Tevere" yakınlarında "Dar Poeta" isimli bir yere girdik ve inanılmaz güzel pizzaları vardı. Giderseniz mutlaka uğramalısınız.

     The next day we tried a slice of pizza at "Empire Pizza" but we didn't like it much because it had too much oil on it. Then we went to Vatican, walked a lot. We had an amazing tiramisu at "Pompi". Then we went to the cinema theatre "Cinecittà". In the evening we went to "Dar Poeta" where we had great pizzas and it was near "Fiume Tevere". You should definitely go there if you happen to be in Rome.

     Pisa'ya gitmek istedik. Sabah treni çok ucuzdu o yüzden 06:12 trenini seçmiştik. Termini'den kalkacak olan bu trene 06:11'de binebildik çünkü trenlerin kalktıkları peronlar 26 taneymiş ve biz ona yakınız sanarken 14'üncü perona yakın olduğumuzu fark ettik. Sabah ufak bir macera yaşadık anlayacağınız :) Pisa küçük bir yerdi. Nehrini sevdik. O yoldan dümdüz devam edince zaten Pisa kulesine ulaşıyorsunuz. Fotoğraf çektirirken şekilden şekle giren insanları görmek eğlenceli oluyor :) Tren biletini gidiş geliş 40 küsür euro gibi bir fiyata aldık. Akşamüstü de Roma'ya geri döndük. Ertesi sabah Semih'in uçağı çok erken olduğu için hemen eve gelip uyuduk :)

     Before turning back, we wanted to visit Pisa. The train in the early morning was very cheap so we chose 06:12 train. We got on the train which was to leave from Termini at 06:11 because there were 26 platforms and we thought we were close but the platform we were closed to was number 14. We lived through a small adventure :) We bought the return tickets for about 40 euros. We went back to Rome in the evening. Since Semih had an early flight the next day, we slept straightaway :)

     Roma'yı gerçekten çok seviyorum ve hafta sonu bile fırsat bulunca gidip dönülebilecek kadar eğlenceli bir yer eğer yemek yemeyi ve tarih barındıran şehirleri seviyorsanız :) Normalde haftaya Amsterdam - Brüksel - Paris seyahatim vardı ancak ufak bir sakatlık atlattığım için iptal etmek zorunda kaldım. Umarım bir sonraki seyahatimde bu gerçekleşir ve sizlere yazı yazarım :)

     I really love Rome and it's such a fun city if you like eating and places that reflect history :) Actually I was supposed to travel to Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris next week but due to a small injury I had to cancel it. I hope it will come true soon and I will write a post about it :)

İspanya - Portekiz - İtalya Seyahati Part 2 (Spain - Portugal - Italy Travel Diaries Part 2)

     Bu seyahat günlüğümün ikinci yazısı ve Portekiz hakkında olacak kendisi. İlk yazıyı okumak isterseniz buraya tıklayabilirsiniz.

     This is the second part of my travel diary and it will be about Portugal. If you want to read the first part, you can click here. 

     Lizbon'da hava çok güzel ve ocak ayı olmasına rağmen gezerken montumun fermuarını kapatmadım bile. İlk gün Marquês de Pombal, Praca do Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Santa Maria de Belém,Torre de Belém, Pastéis de Belém ve Cais do Sodré gezdik. Belém'i çok sevdim çünkü aynı isimli meşhur bir tatlıları var ve sütlaçın milföy hamuruyla sunulmuş hali gibi. Sadece 1 euro'ydu. Torre de Belém'i de çok sevdim ve orada saatler harcadım.

     The weather in Lisbon is amazing and I didn't even zip up my coat while wandering around although it was January. On the first day we went to Marquês de Pombal, Praca do Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Santa Maria de Belém,Torre de Belém, Pastéis de Belém and Cais do Sodré, I loved Belém because they have a famous desert which is like rice pudding in puff pastry dough. It costs 1 euro only. Torre de Belém was also nice and I spent there lots of time.

     Lizbon'da tek kullanımlık metro bileti 1.45 euro ancak ben sınırsız tek günlük kullanım aldım 6.15 euro'ya ve defalarca kullandım. Ulaşımın İstanbul'a oranla daha uygun fiyatlı olduğu bir gerçek.

     In Lisbon, single use metro tickets cost 1.45 euro but I bought an unlimited use for 24 hours ticket for 6.15 euro and I used it many times. It's true that transportation is cheaper compared to Istanbul.

     İkinci gün alışveriş yapmak için Colombo'ya gittik. Orada Disney Store'da vardı ve beni tanıyanlar Disney aşığı olduğumu bilecektir. O gün çok yorulduğumuz ve ertesi sabah erken kalkacağımız için Semih'le yemek sonrası odamızda kalmaya karar verdik ve günü noktaladık.

     On the secondy day we went to Colombo for shopping. There is a Disney Store in Colombo and anyone who is acquainted with me knows that I'm a Disney lover. Since we were so tired and we were also supposed to wake up early tomorrow morning, we decided to stay in after the dinner and called it a day.

     Üçüncü gün Semih'in vize işlemleri için Setúbal diye bir yere gittik ve çok sevdim. Küçük bir kasaba gibiydi. Akşam da liseden arkadaşımla karşılaştım ve bir Meksika restoranına gittik Las Ficheras isimli. En çok yemek yediğim gün bu olabilir.

     On the third day we went to Setúbal for Semih's visa process and I liked it. It was like a small village. Then I met a friend of mine from high school and we went to a Mexica restaurant called Las Ficheras. That was probably the day I had eaten the most.

     Dördüncü günümüzde lise arkadaşımla gezip akşam Semih'le buluştuk çünkü Semih'in o gün sınavı vardı. Grilled & Company isimli yerde akşam pizza yedik ve eve döndük çünkü sabah erkenden kalkıp hem Semih'in odasını taşıyacaktık hem de arkadaşı Theresa ile kahvaltı edecektik.

     On our fourth day I wandered around with my high school friend and then met Semih in the evening because he had an exam. We ate pizza at a place called Grilled & Company and went back home because we were supposed to wake up early tomorrow morning to help Semih move out to another room and meet his friend Theresa for breakfast.

     Son günümüzde Choupana Caffe'ye gidip kahvaltımızı ettik. Sonra en yakın McDonald's şubesine girip bir şeyler atıştırdık çünkü vaktimiz yoktu. Ardından havaalanına gittik ve Roma uçağımız için beklemeye başladık. Roma başlı başına bir macera konusu ve haftaya gelecek olan yazım onunla ilgili olacak. Takipte kalın :)

     On our last day we went to Choupana Caffe for breakfast. Then we went to the nearest McDonald's because we didn't have time to find a place to eat. Later we went to the airport and began to wait for our flight. Rome is the city where we went through many adventures and it will be the subject of my upcoming post. Stay tuned :)

Bazı anılar / Some moments

- Semih Portekizce bilmediğini ve zorlandığını ısrar etse de inanın bana şakır şakır konuşarak bütün problemlerimizi çözdü. (Even though Semih insisted that he didn't know Portuguese and that he had a hard time with it, believe me he worked out all of our problems by speaking fluently in Portuguese.)

- Semih'in taşınması gerekiyordu ancak taşınacağı dairenin boşalması için bir gün beklemesi gerekiyordu. O ara gün için bütün misafirperverliği ile yardıma koşan Halim'e teşekkür etmeliyiz bence :) Ayrıca Herkül misali bavullarımızı omzuna alıp merdivenlerde taşımasını da hala unutmuş değilim! (Semih had to move out but the apartment he was supposed to move in was already occupied so he had to wait. Halim came to help with all his hospitality and we should thank him :) I still haven't forgotten how he managed to carry our luggages on his shoulders at the steps like Hercules!)

- Semih'le vakit geçirince Erasmus anılarım canlandı bu tatilde. Erasmus yapabileceğiniz en güzel olay ve herkesin hayatında bir kez yaşaması gerekiyor bence. Zorlukları olsa da bitince o zor anları bile özlüyorsunuz. (While spending time with Semih I remembered my Erasmus times. Erasmus is the most beautiful experience you can ever have and I believe everyone should try it once. Although there are difficulties, you even miss those when you come back.)

- Pink Street'te kalabalık içinden sıyrılıp manzara izlediğimiz o güzel gün için de Mümin Can'a ve Viktor'a selam olsun :) (Saying hi to Mümin Can and Viktor for the night we spent in Pink Street and then went up to watch the view)

- Her seyahat sonunda fark ediyorum ki çok küçüğüz ve keşfedecek çok yer var. (At the end of each travel I realise that we are small and there are lots of places to discover.)

İspanya - Portekiz - İtalya Seyahati Part 1 (Spain - Portugal - Italy Travel Diaries Part 1)

     Hi everyone!

     Hepinizin seyahate ne kadar ilgim olduğunu bildiğinize eminim. Yeni şehirler keşfetmeyi, yeni insanlarla tanışmayı ve kültürleri öğrenmeyi çok seviyorum çünkü bunun sahip olduğumuz hayatı zenginleştirdiğine inanıyorum. Dünya sandığımızdan daha büyük ve keşke bütün şehirleri görebilsem!

     I'm sure you're all familiar with my interest in traveling. I love discovering new cities, meeting new people and learning about cultures because I believe this is what enriches the life we have. The world is bigger than we think and I wish I can see each and every city!

     25 Ocak'ta başlayıp 6 Şubat'ta biten seyahatim hakkında yazacağım size. Başlıkta belirttiğim 3 ülkeye gittim ve ortalama 450-500 euro harcadım ancak kabul etmeliyim ki bazen harcamam gerekenden daha çok harcadım çünkü ara sıra o lüksü hissetmek istiyorsunuz :) Yine de 3 ülke 5 şehir gezdiğim düşünülünce bence yine de o kadar fazla bir harcama değil.

     I will write about my travel that began in 25th of January and ended in 6th of February. I travelled to 3 countries mentioned in the title and I spent overall 450-500 euros -but I had to admit I sometimes spent more than I should have because sometimes you want to feel that luxury! However, it's still cheap thinking that I travelled to 3 countries 5 cities.

     Seyahate olan bitmek bilmeyen tutkum dışında neden bu seyahati yaptığımı sorarsanız sebebi Portekiz'de Erasmus yapan arkadaşım Semih'i ve İtalya'da değişim öğrencisi olan Duru'yu görmekti. Lizbon'a direkt uçuş çok pahalı olduğu için Semih'le başka yerde buluşmaya karar verdik ve ikimiz de Madrid'i görmeyi istiyorduk. Madrid'de 3 gün kalıp Lizbon'a geçecek ve orada 4 gün kalacaktık, sonra Roma'ya uçup oradan İstanbul'a 5 gün sonra dönecektim (Semih de Lizbon'a dönecekti). Kulağa heyecan verici geliyor değil mi?

     The reason why I did this is, in addition to the my ceaseless passion for travelling, was to see my friend Semih who was doing Erasmus in Portugal and then my other friend Duru who was an exchange student in Italy. Flying directly to Lisbon was quite expensive so Semih and I came up with an idea to meet somewhere else and we both wanted to see Madrid. So it was decided. We were to meet in Madrid, stay there for 3 days, go to Lisbon, stay there for 4 days, fly to Rome and then go back to Istanbul (for Semih it was Lisbon) after 5 days. It sounds quite exciting, right?

     Kalacak yer aradık ancak şansımız yaver gitmedi çünkü her yer çoktan tutulmuştu. Yer bulmak bir kenara, bulsanız bile çok fazla ödemeniz gerekecekti. Airbnb denemeye karar verdik ve metro istasyonuna sadece 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde merkezde bir yer bulduk. Kişi başı gecelik 10 euro verdik ve oda da oldukça büyüktü.

     We looked for a place to stay and we were out of luck because everywhere was booked. Let alone finding a place, you had to pay dearly for it even if you found one. We decided to try Airbnb and we found a place in the centre which was 2 minutes walk to the metro station. We paid 10 euros for each night per person and the room was pretty big.

     Semih Lisbon'dan trenle gelecekti ben de İstanbul'dan uçakla gelecektim. Benden erken gelecekti -fazlasıyla erken gelecekti ve hala buna söyleniyor- beni bekleyecek yer bulmalıydı bu yüzden. "Puerta del Sol" adı verilen büyük bir meydan vardı ve orada hem yiyecek hem de bekleyecek pek çok yer bulabilirdi. O orada takılmaya karar verdi ve ben de iner inmez metroya binecektim. Her yere gidebileceğiniz kadar çok hat var metroda ve istasyondan çıkış yapmadan istediğiniz kadar hat değiştirebiliyorsunuz ve sadece bir kere bilet alıyorsunuz bunun için. Turist metro kartı almadım çünkü çok uzun süre kalmayacaktım ve yürüyerek etrafı dolaşmayı seviyorum. Tek kullanımlık kartların fiyatlarını hatırlamıyorum ama 1,5 - 2 euro olmalılar. Neyse metroya bindim, Semih'le Starbucks'ta buluştum ve yolculuğumuza başladık.

     Semih would come via train from Lisbon and I would come from Istanbul via plane. He was supposed to come earlier than me -a lot earlier which he still complains- so he had to find a place to wait for me. There was a big square called "Puerta del Sol" and there were lots of places to eat and wait. He decided to hang out there and I would take the metro when I landed on. There are lots of lines which allow you to go almost everywhere and you can change lines as many times as you like without leaving the station and you only pay for once. I didn't get the tourist metro card because I wouldn't be staying for a long time and I also love wandering around on foot. I don't remember the prices of the single use tickets but they were 1,5 or 2 euros I suppose. Anyway, I took the metro, met Semih at Starbucks and we began our journey.

     Birbirimizi o ana kadar 4 aydır görmemiştik o yüzden ilk başta inanılmaz geldi bu. Odamıza yerleştik ve Madrid'de turumuza başladık. Bir sürü meydan vardı dolayısıyla çoğunu gördük. "Plaza De Isabel II" ve "Plaza de Oriente" meydanlarına gittik sonra da "Palacio"ya gittik. Harita kullanmadık, etrafı anlık kararlarla ve kaybolarak keşfettik. "Palacio"dan sonra "Plaza De La Villa", "Mercado de San Miguel" ve "Plaza Mayor"a gittik. Yemekten sonra eve döndük ve günü noktaladık. Hava güzeldi ancak biraz da soğuktu. Cebinizden ellerinizi çıkartamıyorsunuz ama şapka ya da benzeri bir şey takmanız da gerekmiyordu.

     We hadn't seen each other for 4 months until that time so it was unbelievable at first. We settled down in our room and started our tour in Madrid. There are lots of plazas and thus we went to many of them. We went to "Plaza De Isabel II", "Plaza de Oriente" and then we went to "Palacio". We didn't follow a map, we discovered everywhere with on the spot decisions and by getting lost. After "Palacio" we went to "Plaza De La Villa", "Mercado de San Miguel", "Plaza Mayor" and got back home after dinner on our first day. The weather was nice but also it was a bit cold. You wouldn't be able to get your hands out of your pockets but you didn't need to wear hats or something.

     İkinci günümüzde kahvaltı etmek için "Churrería Chocolatería Las Farolas"a gittik ve bu BİR SÜRÜ çikolatalı churros yiyeceğiz demekti. Churro bir tür kızarmış hamur tatlısı ve genelde sıcak çikolata ile tüketiliyor. Çikolata ya da krema dolgulu seçenekleri de mevcut. Kahvaltıda latte ya da espresso ile yiyorlar genellikle ama istediğiniz herhangi bir zaman yiyebilirsiniz. Semih daha çok Türk stili kahvaltıyı tercih ettiği için onu tatmin etmedi bu ama bir çikolatakolik olarak ben çok sevdim tabii ki. Orada üç tane Türkle karşılaştık ve kahvaltımız bitene kadar sohbet ettik. Sonra "Carrera de San Jerónimo", "Plaza Canovas Del Castillo", "Jardines del Museo del Prado", "Parque del Buen Retiro", "Jardines de Cecilio Rodríguez", "Fuente del Berro", "Las Ventas", "Estadio Santiago Bernabéu" ve "Gran Via"yı dolaştık. Yemeğimizi "La Opera"da yedik ve kendimizi tatlıyla şımartmak için "Llaollao"ya gidip günü sonlandırdık.

     On our second day we went to "Churrería Chocolatería Las Farolas" to have breakfast which meant that we would eat LOTS OF churros with chocolate. A churro is a fried-dough pastry and it is consumed with hot chocolate. There are also other options such as chocolate or cream filled churros. People there usually eat them for breakfast along with latte or espresso but you can eat them whenever you like. Semih is more into Turkish style breakfast so it didn't satisfy him but I really liked them as a chocoholic. There we also met three Turkish women and talked until we finished eating. Later we went to "Carrera de San Jerónimo", "Plaza Canovas Del Castillo", "Jardines del Museo del Prado", "Parque del Buen Retiro", "Jardines de Cecilio Rodríguez", "Fuente del Berro", "Las Ventas", "Estadio Santiago Bernabéu", "Gran Via" and then we had our dinner in "La Opera". We decided to pamper ourselves with dessert and headed to "Llaollao" to call it a day. 

     Son günümüzde kahvaltımızı "Gran Via"daki "Market Cafe"de yaptık ve sonra alışverişe gittik. "Intercambiador de Avenida de América"dan Portekiz'e giden otobüse binecektik çünkü uçaktan daha ucuzdu. Sonra sabah saat 6'da Portekiz'e vardık.

     On our last day we had our breakfast at "Market Cafe" at "Gran Via" and went shopping. We were to take a bus to Portugal from "Intercambiador de Avenida de América" because it was cheaper than a plane. Then we made it to Portugal at 6 in the morning.

     Lizbon'da hava Madrid'den oldukça farklı. Hiç ürpermedim bile. Çok büyük bir yer değil ve İstanbul'a çok benzettim. Semih'te kaldığım için konaklama parası vermem gerekmedi hahah:) Teşekkürler Semih! ♥

     The weather in Lisbon is much more different than Madrid. I didn't even feel chilly once. It wasn't so big and I found it similar to Istanbul somehow. I stayed at Semih's room there so I didn't have to pay for anything thanks to him haha!

Barselona Tatili / Barcelona Vacation

     Sosyal medya hesaplarımdan da takip ettiğiniz gibi uzun ve güzel bir tatil yaptım Barselona'da. Şimdi size fotoğraflı detaylarla bu tatili anlatmak istiyorum.

     I had a nice and long vacation in Barcelona as you saw my posts on the social media. Now I'd like to give some details about it along with pictures.

     Öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim ki İspanya yerine Katalonya'dayım. Herkes Katalanca konuşuyor ve etrafta yazılar üç dille yazılıyor: Katalanca, İspanyolca ve İngilizce. Ama İspanyolca konuştuğumda İspanyolca cevap verdi herkes bana. O yüzden pek sorun yaşamadım.

     First of all I should say that I was in Catalunya not Spain. Everyone speaks Catalan and the signs are written in three languages: Catalan, Spanish and English. However, when I spoke Spanish, they answered me in Spanish as well. So I didn't have much trouble.

     Yukarıdaki metro haritasından da görebileceğiniz gibi her yere ulaşımı metro ile sağlayabilirsiniz. Ben bir hafta kaldığım için bir haftalık idare edebileceğim Barcelona Card'dan temin ettim havaalanında. Müze kartıyla beraber alırsanız 60 euro, tek başına alırsanız 30 euro. Buradan kart ve indirim ya da ücretsiz giriş sağladığı yerlerin bilgisine ulaşabilirsiniz.

     As you can see from the underground map above, you can use it to go anywhere. Since I was there for a week, I bought a Barcelona Card which I could use for a week. If you buy it with a museum, it costs 60 euros but on its own it costs 30 euros. You can get information about the card and the discounts or free passes that it allows for the museum here.

     La Rambla caddesinde Oriente Atiram otelinde kaldım. Turistik bir caddede olduğu için diğer yerlere göre biraz pahalıydı ama çok memnun kaldım. Liceu metro durağına yürüme mesafesindeydim. La Rambla'nın paraleli Plaça Reial'a çıkıyor ve orası oldukça güzel bir meydan. Restoranlarla dolu olan bu meydan özellikle geceleri çok hareketli oluyor. 

     Antonio Gaudí'nin evleri Casa Battló'yu ve "La Pedrera" ismiyle bilinen Casa Milà'yı gezmenizi tavsiye ederim. İçlerine girmeseniz bile dışarıdan da oldukça güzeller. Birbirlerine yakın oldukları için bu bölgede hepsini görebilirsiniz.

     I stayed at a hotel called Oriente Atiram on La Rambla street. Since it's a touristic street, it was a little bit expensive compared to other hotels but I was quite satisfied. Liceu underground station is within walking distance. The parallel street of La Rambla is called Plaça Reial and it'a really nice square. It becomes a busy one at night especially.

     I suggest you visit Antonio Gaudí's houses Casa Battló and Casa Milà known as "La Pedrera". Even if you don't want to get inside, they are pretty on the outside. They are close to each other so you can see these both.

     Bu kadar gezerken karnınız acıkacak tabii. İspanya'da en çok sevdiğim şey tapas. 3-4 euro gibi ucuz fiyatlara karnınızı doyurabiliyorsunuz. İçkiler de oldukça ucuz. Kocaman bardak sangria 5 euro'dan ya da biralar 2-3 euro'dan içilebilir. Gazpacho, paella, crema catalana, tortilla de patatas, patatas bravas ve churros gibi lezzetleri tatmadan dönmeyin.

     Of course you'll get hungry after travelling around. The thing I love the most in Spain is tapas. You can get full for only 3-4 euros. The drinks are quite cheap as well. A big glass of sangria can be bought for 5 euros or beers for 2-3 euros can be bought too. Don't go back without tasting gazpacho, paella, crema catalana, tortilla de patatas, patatas bravas and churros. 

     Pek çok meydan ve pek çok park var Barselona'da. Hepsi de gezmeye değer. Plaça Nova, Parc de La Ciutadella, Plaça Reial, Plaça d'Espanya, Barri Gòtic gibi yerleri size önerebilirim. Adım başı fotoğraf çekeceğinizi garanti ederim. Metro ve otobüs ile buralara ulaşım da çok rahat.

     There are lots of squares and parks in Barcelona. They are all worth seeing. I can recommend places like Plaça Nova, Parc de La Ciutadella, Plaça Reial, Plaça d'Espanya, Barri Gòtic. I guarantee that you'll take pictures at every step. It's easy to arrive at these places via underground or buses.

     Bunlar dışında turistik olan ve görmeniz gereken yerler Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, Park Güell ve Castell de Montjuïc sayılabilir. Futbol seven birisiyseniz de Camp Nou'ya mutlaka uğramalısınız. Bu tarz yerlerde hediyelik eşyalar da bol bol bulabilirsiniz. Ancak tavsiyem özellikle La Rambla'da sokak üzerinde bulunan dükkanlara bakmanız. Hem çeşitleri bol hem de akşam kapatmalarına yakın oldukça indirim yapıyorlar. Yeri gelmişken cadde üzerindeki dondurma, waffle ve türevlerini satan yerlerden de bahsetmem gerekiyor. Lezzetleri harika ve fiyatları da ucuz.

     Other than these, the touristic places you need to see are Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, Park Güell and Castell de Montjuïc. If you are a football lover, you should definitely visit Camp Nou. You can see souvenirs on your way a lot. However, I recommend you to check out the souvenir shops on La Rambla street. They don't only have different types of souvenirs but also they make discounts when they are about to close the shop. Having said that, I should also mention the places that sell ice cream, waffle and such. They are delicious and they almost cost nothing.

     Bu kadar yer gezdikten sonra müzelere de uğramak lazım. Museu Picasso, Figueres'teki Dalí Tiyatrosu ve Müzesi, Museu de la Xocolata, Museu Egipci, Museu del Disseny ve Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya en sevdiğim yerler. Özellikle sanat müzesinde en üst kata çıktığınızda gördüğünüz manzara inanılmaz. Çikolata müzesinde mutlaka sıcak çikolatalarını için. Bugüne kadar içtiğiniz sıcak çikolatanın aslında su olduğunu düşünebileceğiniz kadar farklı ve lezzetli. Ayrıca müzelerde kalabalığa kalmamak adına gezi saatinizi sabaha alıp günün geri kalanını farklı yerler gezerek değerlendirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Yoksa çok sıra beklemeniz gerekebilir. 

     You need to visit the museums after all these places.  Museu Picasso, Dalí's Theatre and Museum in Figueres, Museu de la Xocolata, Museu Egipci, Museu del Disseny and Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya are my favourite museums. Especially the view you get on top of the national art museum is incredible. When you go to the chocolate museum, make sure that you try out the hot chocolate. It's so different and delicious that it'll make you think of the hot chocolates you've had before and they'll be like water compared to it. Besides, I suggest that you visit the museums in the morning to skip the long lines otherwise you may need to wait for hours.

     Özellikle Primark başta olmak üzere mağazaları, büyük alışveriş merkezlerini ve plajları da gezmeyi ihmal etmeyin. Ben bir hafta gibi kısa süre olsa bile tatilimden oldukça zevk aldım.      Don't forget to visit the shops -particularly Primark-, big shopping centres and beaches. I quite enjoyed my holiday even if it lasted for a week.
